I am having to sit on my hands while I watch people give bad advice.  I was going to point blank call them out on it but I feel that it would cause more harm than good, professionally.  I used the analogy with a friend of mine it would be like picking a scab.

I have had to deal with this bully before because I called him out on a bad marketing idea and now he is still out there giving bad online marketing advice.  In telephone calls I had with him I offered to help him create a product and market it based on our interaction.  It would be a perfect lead in for a product based around car dealer search engine reputation management,  I guess now he is going to try to enter another field he knows absolutely nothing about and steal another idea.

Oh well I will work through this dip and keep on keeping on.  It is the low times that bring around the brightest times in our future.  Not that I am going through a low time per se, I am just going through a period of a lot of activity with very little return...

I am working on an experiment in Search Engine Reputation Management and may have bitten off more than I can chew for me personally.  If I was doing it for a client it would be ok because there would be more reward in it for me in doing it at the onset.  Right now there is no immediate rewards other than developing a proof of concept.  Which at the end of the day will be more valuable than anything.

I will share those results at an Automotive Social Network I am on staff at, as this test progresses.  Right now I am just trying to own the first page of Google for my name, each and every entry.  It will be a tough one to accomplish as there are other people with my same name all over the country.

The cool thing I discovered while setting up my profile here is that I can cross post to Livejournal.com and that setting up a personal network at ning.com is not that hard to do.  The only thing is I cannot see the real value of having a personal network at ning for any other reason than search engine reputation management.

I will be setting up an email series for individuals to help manage their online reputation as this progresses.  Giving them a sure fire way to lock down their search engine presence.  So no matter what happens negative information will not creep into the SERP's

I blog all the time as a matter of fact all I do is blog.  That is what I get for managing the blog community at DrivingSales.com.  Don't get me wrong I love blogging it is a passion of mine.  Mostly I blog about automotive marketing, sometimes I blog about kids and life and some times I blog about Stuff I Digg. 

Now I have entered the world of blogging on Vox.  I just hope I can keep up with all of this blogging I have imposed upon myself.  I hope I can provide value to the community here as well as help maintain my Search Engine Reputation.  I just hope I have not broke any rules here at Vox with all of the anchor text in this blog post.  It just shows you some of the blogs I manage.
